Dyson Canister Vacuum Cleaners
Dyson may be best known for their patented Ball technology models, but those are far from the limit of what this company can do. Another key niche for vacuum cleaners is in compact size and portability, and there are a couple of Dyson canister vacuum cleaners that fit very neatly into that category. The Dyson canister vacuums, the DC23 Stowaway and the DC22 Baby Dyson are both ultra lightweight canister vacuums which supply all of the power and performance of their full sized siblings.
The Dyson DC23 – The Baby Animal
The Dyson DC23 canister vacuum is sometimes called the Baby Animal, because it is modeled on the popular DC14 design, known as the Dyson Animal. It uses the same Root Cyclone technology as many popular Dyson vacuums, and the compact design of the Dyson 23 canister includes a unique compact telescope wrap system for easier storage in a smaller space. The Dyson DC23 vacuum also features a specially designed lifetime HEPA filter that can be removed, washed, and replaced – an innovation that could save you a lot of time and money over the years.
The Dyson DC22 canister vacuum also uses Root Cyclone technology, has the same lifetime HEPA filter, and offers a complete set of accessory tools. The Dyson DC22 vacuum is often referred to as the Baby Dyson, as it is meant to be a miniature version of the original Dyson vacuum, albeit modernized and improved upon dramatically.
Compared side by side there isn't much difference between the Dyson 22 canister vacuum and the DC23. The Baby Animal has special attachments and design enhancements for removing pet hair and dander, but that is probably the single biggest difference. And they only differ from their full sized siblings in that these are about one third smaller, and yet have given up none of the power or performance.
For many of us, Dyson canister vacuum cleaners are the only real solution. They are small enough to fit into the most confined spaces, and yet powerful enough to tackle even stubborn pet hair. The HEP{A filtration design is perfect for any home where allergies or asthma are a problem, because the exhaust from these vacuum cleaners is actually healthier for you to breathe than the air already in the room.
