Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaners

Three of the most popular brands of home vacuum cleaner are Dyson, Electrolux, and Hoover. Not surprisingly, these companies rank well for both upright and conister models, as well as for bagless canister vacuum cleaners. Today's bagless canister vacuums weigh far less than older models, and have increased suction power, such as that available with the Hoover WindTunnel bagless canister vacuum, which was not even possible just a few years ago. And the Hoover bagless canister is only one example we could draw from.

The Electrolux EL-7055B Twin Clean bagless canister uses a different patented suction technology to create "cyclonic" power, drawing dirt and dust from deep within the fabric of carpeting and rugs. It has a self-cleaning filter and an easy-empty dust cup, plus a telescopic wand that makes it easier to reach those difficult places, such as the top of the blinds. The Electrolux bagless canister has a 7 foot hose, and is powered by a strong 12 amp motor.

The DysonDC21 bagless canister vacuum cleaner is also called the Stowaway because it is so compact that it can be stowed away anywhere. It features 220 “airwatts” of suction power, and features a lifetime HEPA filter for exceptionally cleaner vacuum exhaust. And the DC21 canister vacuum can be used for all your cleaning needs, with a 16.5 foot cord and an assortment of cleaning tools for everything from upholstery to hard flooring.

As you can see, bagless canister vacuum cleaners offer more portability, less maintenance, and easier use than older upright vacuums. Perhaps their most popular feature is the compact size, perfect for households where storage is at a premium, but canister vacuums are often priced to be more affordable as well, giving them an extra attraction for many.

The models listed here are not the only canister vacuums available, even from these companies. These are simply some of the most popular models, chosen because they have nearly equal features, and rate highly in consumer ratings and reviews. For more economical models, or models with improved features, these companies have a vacuum that is engineered to fit your needs. Bagless canister vacuums make it easier to keep the home both cleaner and healthier, as HEPA filters are rated for removal of up to 99.7% of airborne dust and other particles, such as pet dander or plant pollen.
